Sir: Germaine Greer's vitriolic attack on Mrs Thatcher (12 May), a series of unsub stantiated assertions and completely un argued and unsupported prophecies of doom, hardly seems to me to earn its page 1.n your generally intelligent and responsible Journal. What can have prompted this hysterical outburst? Could Ms Greer conceivably be motivated by good old female Jealousy — of a really successful woman?
