THE Royal Family enjoy their healthful quiet at Osborne. The Duke and Dutchess of Nemours, and Lord John Russell, have been the Queen's guests for brief visits.

On Saturday last, Herr Dase had the honour to exemplify his wonder- ful powers of calculation before the Royal party. The Dutchess of Kent returned from the Continent on Tuesday. She visited the Dutehess of Cambridge on Wednesday, and received visits from the Duke of Cambridge and the Dutchess of Gloucester on Thursday.
