Renate Prince tell us exactly what hap- pened at the

nuclear demonstration in Moscow? As I understand it the demonstrators were quietly and quickly disarmed and dispersed by a group of civilian- clad ladies and gentlemen who, one imagines, were agents of the secret police. Why didn't the demon- strators give them as much trouble as they have given the poor old London bobbies? Why not try lying down in front of the Moscow traffic? Perhaps they Were afraid it wouldn t stop.
