Racial ingredients

Most visitors from London do not find this claustrophobia. They arrive fresh from all the Westminster frenzy about overcrowd- ing and racial tolerance. They find 30,000 people in 2+ square miles served by two radio stations, two daily papers and one -rv channel. The ingredients are from Britain, Spain. Italy. India and Pakistan, Israel and Morocco. The outcome is a maturity and tolerance, where a predominantly Catholic electorate would elect a Jew to be their mayor year after year.
