Sir Alfred Lane BEIT, 2nd Bart., of Russborough, Blessington, Co. Wick- low, the art collector, who died on May 12th 1994, left estate in England and Wales valued at £403,315 gross, £399,225 net. He left any monies in his No 2 deposit account with Kleinwort Benson (Channel Islands) to the Apollo Foundation, £2,500 to the National Trust, £1,000 to the Baronets Trust, and £500 each to the RSPCA, Distressed Gentlefolk's Aid Association and Musi- cians' Benevolent Fund.
