The Paris papers of Thursday state that the King and

Queen of the Belgians arrived at the Chiteau d'En on Tuesday evening. M. Guizot had been mobbed at Caen, where he staid a night on his way to Paris. The riot was at once suppressed. The Paris Municipal Council have decided that the survey of taxes is legal.
