A letter from Constantinople in yesterday's Morning Herald states, that

the Shah of Persia had declared war against Turkey, and was actually on his march with a large army in the direction of Bagdad. It was suspected in Constantinople that Misuir.ansr ALI had stimulated and bribed the Shah to make this Movement.
