Mr. Gitison Craig was mentioned by the Morm'ay Chronicle among
the persons present at a meeting of the Anti-Corn-law Delegates on Wednesday last, and us having taken part in the proceedings. This was a mistake, and the honourable Member lost no time in relieving himself from the imputation. lie wrote a letter to the Morning Chro- nicle to contradict the report- " I beg you will correct this mistake. I have never attended any meeting of these Delegate's; nor an I in favour of the total and immediate repeal of the Corn. laws " I am, Sir, your obedient servant, " W. GIBSON CRAIG.
