Flower, Trinity; J. F. R. Hill, Trinity; R. Foster, Exeter -On the 19th inst. Mr. R. Payne was admitted a Founder's Kin Fellow of New Col. CAunRlnos, November 27.-On Friday last the Rev. J. Haymes, B.A. of Clare Hall, was elected Fellow of that Society.-The Rev. W. H. Shelford, M.A. Fellow of Emma- nel College, has been presented by the Master and Fellows of that society to the Rectory of Presfon in the county of Suffolk.-The Rev. C. J. Myers, M.A. Fellow of Trinity College, has been presented, by the Master and Fellows of that society, to the Vicarage of Elizttham, Nottinghamshire.
