The supply of Beef to-day is large; in consequence inferior qualities are very heavy in disposal. Superior Soots, however, make an advance of 2d. per stone from Monday last-3s. 10d. being this morning's top quotation. Mutton is also pentiful, with a dull demand, barely supporting the figures of last market. Veal is down full Id. per stone, owing to a full market, and depression in sales. Pork is still at 4s. 6d.
