The subjects of the volume before us are Lord Lawrence, James Clerk Maxwell, Paul Reboot, Augustine of Hippo, Erasmus, Latimer, Cowper the poet, Tindale, Baxter, Bugenhagen, Sir David Brewster, and William Carey. The choice is excellent ; the work Hs been committed to competent hands. In short, it is a happy idea happily executed.
