recent meeting of the Committee of the Noncon- formist Unionist Association, held under the presidency of Sir George Hayter Chubb, Bart., it was decided that, in view of the open advocacy by Liberal statesmen of Home-rule for Ireland on the lines demanded by Mr. Redmond, active efforts should be made to widen and extend the scope of the Associa- tion, and to invite all Nonconformists who are opposed to interference with the Legislative Union of Great Britain and Ireland to communicate with me at the address below.—I
