SIR,—When Drake sailed out against the Spanish Armada more than half his men and ships came from the Cornish port of Fowey. It is often said that the adventurous spirit of Drake and the Elizabethans no longer exists in this country. I would like to inform you that it does still cxi,t —anyway in Fowey.
