Sui,—As there appears to be such difficulty in manning the
vacant charges in the Church, why does mother Church not turn to that great untapped source of supply, the women of the Church, and ordain them to the Ministry? The position of women has so greatly changed in the last thirty or forty years that it is surely time for reconsideration of their claims to a full share as human beings in the work of the Church.
