Faraway countries

From Allan Massie Sir: In the wake of the Istanbul bombings. I look forward to an article by Mark Steyn assuring us that the war on terror is being won, and offering as evidence the terrorists' inability to strike again at the USA, and the consequent restriction of their activities to faraway countries of which, perhaps, he knows little.
