Ten Per Cent
S.IR,—Nigel. Lawson is quite right. None of the ques- tions on the Ten Per Cent Census is all that imperti- nent; but the threat of-a £10 fine certainly is. I have nothing to hide; but I am certainly not going to co-operate under duress. I have, therefore, deliber- ately filled in exactly 50 per cent of my form incorrectly. . • 2 St Al ichnel's Road, Liverpool, 17 PETER J. SHIFH
