Mr. Forster, on Monday, addressed the members of the Brad-

ford Chamber of Commerce upon the subject of the Suez Canal. He observed that Lord Derby had made, or rather proposed to roake, the Queen a partner with M. de Lesseps and Co., and if the affair were purely commercial, he thought they had erred.
