A German aeroplane visited the East Coast of Kent, according
to a War Office statement, last Sunday at one o'clock in the morning in bright moonlight and dropped bombs. The German wireless announcement says that the point attacked was Dover. No naval or military damage was done, but some fires were caused by an incendiary bomb, and one man was killed, and two men, one woman, and three children were slightly injured. Shortly after noon on the same day two German seaplanes came to the same district.. They were heavily fired upon and disappeared, pursued by seaplanes and aeroplanes, without having done any damage.
