Letters from Odessa, published in the Austrian Observer, state that

the Russian Government has sent orders to Odessa to suspend the further embarkation of troops for the neighbourhood of Constantinople, in consequence of the retrearof Imtainst PAPUA. The return of the Russian fleet from the Bosphorus was daily expected.
