We cannot find space to summarize the debate in the
House of Lords on the Government's Irish folicy, but we desire to express our admiration of the good sense, moderation, and statesmanlike spirit shown by Lord Londonderry in his opening speech. He affords yet another proof of how base and how untrue are the allegations brought against the melt of North-East Ulster by religious bigotry and party faction.
