SIR,—I am compiling a small anthology of " Clerihews " written by others than the Master himself. A few of these have found their way into print : but several good ones are known to me only by oral tradition, and there must be many others similarly circulating. May I appeal to your readers for assistance in preserving any such unprinted gems ?—Yours faithfully,
