The address is to be moved in the Lords by
the Marquis of Conyng- ham, and seconded by Lord Kinnaird; in the Commons by Lord Ormelie, seconded by Mr. John Marshall. It is reported that there are five amendments to be proposed,—one by Mr. O'Connell, a second by Mr. Hume, a third by Mr. Attwood, and two others by persons whose names we have not heard.—Globe.
