The Merchant of Venice, a prominent piece in the Windsor

list, has been repeated at the Princess's Theatre, with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kean as Shylock and Portia. It had not previously been played at the same house for four years, and its revival on Thursday caused all the excite- ment of a novelty.
