before us takes in II. Samuel. The Exposition is contributed by the Dean of Canterbury, the Homiletics by the Rev. Professor C. Chapman, and the Homilies by the Rev. B. Dale, M.A., and the Rev. G. Wood. The Commentary, we should say, is under the editorial supervision of the Dean of Gloucester and the Rev. Joseph S. Exell.
