This morning , about three o'clock, a destructive fire broke

out in one of the lower rooms of Queen Anne's Bounty Office, Dean's Yard, Westminster. The Chandos Street London Establishment, King Street, West of England, County, and various other engines, soon arrived, water was abundantly procured, and every exertion was used by the firemen; but the building was nearly reduced to ruins. The documents are saved; but there was a great loss in the shape of fur- niture. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
