My paragraph last week on certain transactions between car- owners

and cars-for-hire firms was simply a factual note on what I am given to understand has been happening on a large or small scale.. Further directions on how to work the racket successfully I am far too law-abiding to supply. Also, my suspicion that the Ministry of Fuel and Power knows all about it and has counter- measures up Its sleeve has received some confirmation.
