An honest answer

Sir: 'This week ' you say in your leader (16/23 December) more so than ever, it will be asked whether the problems submit- ted to Miss Killen are real.'

What I have always wondered is whether the answers are real. Has anyone ever tried to put one of Miss Killen's suggestions into practice, and if so, what happened? E.C.W. kalton
