We understand that all the arrangements respecting the sovereignty of Greece are completed, and that Prince LEOPOLD will certainly be- come the ruler of that country. We believe, however, that he will not bear the title of King, but that of Sovereign Prince. It is uncertain whether Count CAPO DISTRIAS is to remain as Prime Minister or to retire altogether from Greece. It is said that Prince LEOPOLD him- self has objected to the Count's holding any influential office in the Government of Greece, lest it should be the means of keeping up a faction in that country opposed to the intentions of the Sovereign. German Papers have been received, but they contain no news of interest. The German papers allege that the Emperor of Brazil has requested Lord COCHRANE to resume the command of his fleet, for the purpose of making an attack on Portugal.
