Building Concession

SIR,—You say under More Building Concessions: " Persons who wish to enlarge their houses by about 10 per cent. will be able to do so without development charge." This has, however, been possible under the Act from the beginning. What has been changed is that the limit basdbeen.raised from 1,500 cubic feet to 7,500 cubic feet.
