From correspondence I have received it would seem that someone
in a recent broadcast suggested that Charles Kingsley was not a Cambridge man. He ought to have known better. Kingsley was essentially Cambridge (though Oxford can have the poem which gave rise to the mention in'the broadcast, and welcome to it).
