The King of Wurtemburg has quarrelled with the Assembly of

the States, and dissolved them in a hurry. The protocols of the German Diet are the cause of the disputes. The King wished them to be sanctioned by the Assembly ; but this body having some regard to liberty, positively refused to indulge their Monarch in this matter.
