The Queen of Spairvbas succeeded in procuring the banishment of

Don CARLOS, with the Princess of Beira, sister of Don MIGUEL, from Madrid. They took their departure early on the morning of the 16th instant. This is considered a great triumph on the part of the Liberals; but on the other hand, one of the leaders of their party, the Count DE PUON ROSTRO, has been likewise sent into a • sort of honourable banishment, at Pampeluna, of which city he is made Governor. ZEA BERMUDEZ and the Queen are said to be 4endeavouring to create a party of the Juste Milieu.
