Sir Robert Peel left town this morning, for Drayton Manor.
The Gazette of yesterday notifies the following appointments—The Honour- able Charles Augustus Murray, to be her Majesty's Agent and Consul-General in Egypt; Lord Napier, to be Secretary of Legation at Naples; Thomas Frederick Elliot, Charles Alexander Wood, and Frederick Rogers, Esquires, to he Com- missioners for superintending the sale of and settlement of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the British Colonies, and the conveyance of Emigrants thither.
