A telegraphic despatch, of the 21st November, from Madrid, has

reached Paris, stating that Zea Bermudez and Cruz are out of the Spanish Ministry, and have been replaced by-the Duke de San Fer- nando and Valdez. This is not official, but it is believed. The corn- :nunication between Irun and Madrid is open.—Courier.
