Sir James's Marmite

Sir: With reference to your correspondent Auberon Waugh's article in the Spectator of 23 October, I would like to point out that it is not for reasons of poverty that 1 no longer buy Marmite, but because my daughter, Daisy, heard a rumour from her friend, Ms Jubby Ingrams, that Sir James Goldsmith owns Marmite.
