At Edinburgh, on the 13th inst. ROBERT limilivrox, Esq. Advocate, one of the Prin- ipal Clerks of Session, and Professor of Public Law in the University of Edinburgh. At Edinburgh, of a rapid decline. HENRY ClIARLES WzsormAcorr, second son of Henry Westmaeott, Esq. sculptor, of that city, in his 20th year.
