Memorandum.-The names of Capt. J. Daubeny, of the 62d Foot. and Lieut E. Daubeny. of the 67th Foot, are spelt Daubeny, and not Daubeney, as hitherto stated. Capt. N. T. Hill, on half-pay of the Royal Staff Corps, has been permitted to retire from the Army by the sale of his commission, he being about to settle in Nova Scotia.
