Making a meal

A further visit may prove a more reliable guide for your readers. We were caught on the cusp, as on the day following Nigella Lawson's meal we changed our head chef, our wine list — and our menu.

For your information, Bruno Loubet moved on to better things some time ago; he is now Head Chef at The Inn on the Park, where he went after Le Petit Blanc closed in October 1988.
