Aeroplanes and motor transport to supply munitions have completely altered
Border warfare in favour of the more highly civilized and more scientifically equipped combatant. The bombing aeroplane will do far more to keep the Indian Border quiet than a League of Nations, and when the Afghaue, the Pathans, and their lively friends arrive at the aeroplane pitch of civilization, they will be far too highly civilized to " serap " for scrapping's " sake. Thus it would appearthat the bombing aeroplane is an incomparable keeper of the peace in save parts.
