Sir: Dutschke's case is not one deserving consideration on grounds of political asylum. Whatever grievances the students of today may have they do not justify riot- ing, damage, and arson in the streets. Those who indulge in such outrageous conduct cannot there- fore expect sympathetic treatment by other countries. Mr. Maudling's decision should stand.
