The letter was signed by Colonel Morrison and myself, as Secretaries of the Victoria Street Society ; by William Adlam, Esq., Chairman of the Committee of the International Society (Cockspur Street); and by Miss Marston, Hon. Secretary of the London Antivivisection Society (Brompton Road).
