* * In the debate on the third reading of
the Transport Bill in the House of Lords last week the Marquis of Salisbury, who was in charge of the Bill, suffered from (or benefited by) frequent interruptions from Lord Lucas of Chilworth. After the third Lord Salisbury remarked : " What noble Lords opposite seem to want is to have their.grouse and eat it." It would be a pity for that to be left buried in the pages of Hansard.
