SI R,—I note with distress and shame that by some sudden loss of memory. I accused one of the con- tributors to The Right in France of not knowing what a 'Halm do midi' means. I was thinking of a 'Mane d'Espagne' which is quite irrelevant to Mr. Anderson's argument.
