The French papers of Thursday report that the Chamber of

Deputies was defi- nitively constituted on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Sid-el-Had j Abd-el-Kader Achache Pacha, Envoy from Morocco, was presented to King Louis Philippe and to the Queen and Princesses.
