Cobbett's Legacy to Parsons. (Griffin.)—Whatever it may have been, the
Legacy is scarcely just now, but it certainly has the merit of very vigorous language. "The author's son, William Cobbett," supplies a preface in which the only remarkable thing is a curious anticipation or parallel of Mr. Sumner's speech. He declares that the Church owes to the State a debt of £500,000,000.
