As admitted by the author himself, this is a continuation of the blatant personal attack under the guise °r 'Personal Views' which had earlier appeared in the Daily Telegraph. The fact is that Her Majesty the Queen's Warm and cordial references to India in her Christmas Day broadcast to the onlmonwealth have not only ruffled the bleat-hers of Mr Welch, but have also • r°11811t out the personal and wholly !national prejudices that he harbours. It is Indeed regrettable that you should have allowed the columns of your esteemed -eekly to serve as a vehicle for the expression of such malicious outpourings. S.
