Two Short Poems
"A stubborn, barbarous race ! " the alien vows : " Shopkeepers, mutes, dull rural sheep and cows I Blinded to Art ;. sans wit, esprit and ton; Gauche lackeys, yawning at Life's gay Salon ! "
