The half-yearly meeting of the shareholders of the Loudon and

County Bank was held on Thursday. The report stated that the net profits amounted to 85,4101., which, with 11,527/. brought for- ward from last account, produced a total of 99,9601., out of which sum a dividend and bonus equal to 22 per cent. were declared.
