Poor luwies

Sir: My collaborator Mr Willis Hall correct- ly points out (Letters, 25 February) that the 15 guineas we received for our contribution to Mr Ned Sherrin's 1960s revue Night is for Delight would have been divided between us. He forgets, however, to deduct our agents' 10 per cent commission. The true figure would have been £7. 9s 3d each. All of which goes to show that working for Mr Sherrin did not come dear.
