HAITZINGER'S indisposition has deferred the commencement of the German Operas

at Drury Lane till next week, when they open with Fidelio. No one can complain of want of variety at this house : BEETHOVEN one night, and BELLINI the next! like the shownaan who exhibited in the same room "the celebrated Irish Giant" and the "wonderful Dwarf." Fidelio will be followed by Die Zaubeijiiitte, Le_ deux Journees (of CHERUBINI), Faust, and Jessonda.

At the Italian Opera, they must put up with such pieces as they have ; and accordingly, PASTA made her first appearance, on Thursday, in BELLINI'S Anna Bolena.
